Your Criminal Defense Attorneys

Jennifer R. Sims

I have knowledge and experience with many different solutions that may be available to you depending on the facts in your case.  You may be entitled to a PRETRIAL DIVERSION, DEFERRED ADJUDICATION, or even DISMISSAL.  If your license is effected by the circumstances you are in, you may be eligible to get an OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE or an ALR hearing to prevent your license from being suspended.  We can also discuss EXPUNGEMENTS or SEALING your record if you receive a deferred probation, pretrial diversion or a dismissal.  I will be happy to assist you in those procedures and advise you of your options to the best of my ability.

There is no greater weight that can be placed on your shoulders than the state potentially taking away certain liberties because of your criminal case.  You deserve a knowledgeable and experienced attorney to navigate you through the process.  I vow to zealously defend and protect your interests.  Please do not hesitate to call me at (832) 326-0916 so that I can advise you on how I may be of assistance to you regarding your case.  I look forward to hearing from you.
